I want our sesson to be authentic to you and your family; whether it's your wedding day, a new family member, a surprise proposal or a family session. Your images should tell a story of our session, small breaks when you think the camera is down. Or maybe a loving gaze from a relative, and the sweet smiles of your kids.

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

That's okay! We will talk thoroughly before the session to give you and your family a rundown of how I conduct myself during the session. When the day comes during the session, we will chat and I will suggest poses and prompts to keep things as natural as possible.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

There are travel fees associated to my packages. I am located in Moline Illinois, so beyond a 60 mile radius, I charge $.69 per mile, and then if I need to stay overnight I will find the best rates on flights, hotels, Airbnbs, etc. Whether it's a lifestyle session or a wedding day, I will find the best deals out there! For destination and elopements, the travel fee will include but not limited to flights, hotels, mileage, permits, visa fees, etc.

Can you recommend any good locations?

Of course! I have a handful of key locations, outdoor and indoors in the Quad Cities. For those sessions that are out of town, I thoroughly researched the area depending on the time of year, weather and the needs of my clients to find the best fit for them.

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

If the weather is bad the day of your session, we can either postpone to a different day or roll with the punches and continue with the session! I always research and have a back up indoor location if that does happen. Although I love a snowy or rainy outdoor session as well!

Can you help me with outfit choices and posing?

Yes!!! My goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident in your own body and how it moves, and more importantly in front of the camera. I want you to flaunt what you have and be proud to do so! If you need outfit inspo whether it's a color scheme, patterns, seasonal or per location, I have resources and can help your brainstorm ideas.

Do you shoot personal sessions?

Typically I do not book bouoir sessions, however I will determine this as a case by case basis. I have many associates from Des Moines to Chicago and beyond that I can refer you to as well!
